Adeeb Ahamed is the Managing Director of LuLu Financial Holdings, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, LuLu Financial Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. A prominent thought leader, he actively contributes to global economic discourse through platforms like the World Economic Forum, shaping conversations on financial inclusion and the future of fintech. He occupies several leadership positions, including the Chair of FICCI's Middle East Council and Board Member of the UAE International Investor Council.
Surendran Amittathody is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at LuLu Finserv. He has 4 decades of rich experience as a banking professional and joined LuLu Financial Group in 2015 as General Manager - LuLu Exchange in the Sultanate of Oman and immediately after Oman he was elevated as Vice President - APAC, LuLu Financial Group spearheading the operations of Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore . Prior to joining LuLu Financial Group, Surendran was with Federal Bank, one of the premier private sector banks in India and has worked in almost all key verticals in various capacities and rose to the position of General Manager heading Retail and International Banking. In Federal Bank he was instrumental in setting up the overseas operations of the Bank and was heading the prestigious NRI portfolio for about 7 years in a row. He was also a member of ED committee and other credit sanctioning bodies as well as a regular Board meeting attendee. From the traditional ways to the most modern digital strategy mix, Surendran has a proven track record of conceptualizing, planning and executing projects and startups. He is a Commerce Graduate and holds an MBA in Applied Finance Management. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIBP1) and is accredited with many a honor like Member of prestigious Udeshi Committee on FEMA set up by RBI , IMPS steering committee, Panelist in TECH BFSI to mention a few. RBI had nominated him to present the paper on RDA during his tenure as Head of International Banking in Federal Bank. In his capacity as Vice President- APAC he was in charge of expanding LuLu Exchange’s footprints in Asia Pacific region and beyond.
Richard Wason has an experience of 30 long
years in the financial services field. He is a Fellow
member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has previously worked in leadership roles with UAE Exchange and Bahrain Financing Company. His in-depth knowledge of the global rules and regulations has led him to hold the vital position of the Chief Compliance Officer in most organizations he was part of.
Unnikrishnan Menon is a seasoned professional, holding over 30 years of extensive cross-functional experience in Corporate & Commercial Banking, Credit & Financial Analysis, Trade Finance, Credit Administration, Retail / Consumer Banking and related areas across the Banking Sector. He is also associated with Twenty14 Holdings and Tablez in the capacity of Vice President & Head - Banking & Investments. He has formerly worked with prominent banks in Oman and India across several designations.
Mathew Vilayil, is the Director - India Operations (LuLu Financial Services, Tablez and Twenty14 Hotels Pvt. Ltd.). A post-graduate in M.A - English language and literature, he has the certification of CAIIB, and the diploma - DCBO (Diploma in Computerized Banking Operations-Apple). He is a seasoned banker with over four decades of expertise and exposure across the whole gamut of banking and financial management. He is an expert in banking, especially in Indian milieu, with a wide and varied spectrum of involvement, from the notable strides in transaction banking at the grass-root level, ensuring proper attainment of all-round financial inclusion, to corporate planning of investments and management of asset- liability at macro level, always maintaining an academic passion for sharing the principles and practices of financial planning and the services of bank-marketing.
He started his career as Lecturer with Union Christian College, Alwaye, in the year 1971. In December 1972 he got directly recruited as a probationary officer and bank Executive with Union Bank of India. He retired from Union Bank of India on March, 2010 as DGM- Regional Head. During August 2010 to January 2011, he served as Vice Principal, The Muthoot Group prior joining the LuLu Financial Group.
Mohanachandran K R is a seasoned banker with over 45 years of experience in the financial sector. He retired as Chief General Manager & Chief Risk Officer at Federal Bank, following a distinguished career spanning nearly four decades. His expertise covers risk management, compliance, human resources, microfinance, and general banking operations. He has held leadership roles at ESAF Small Finance Bank and Lahanti Last Mile Services Pvt. Ltd.. He has also contributed to academia as a faculty member in economics and banking. Currently, he serves as an Independent Director of LuLu Finserv, bringing strategic insight, governance acumen, and deep industry experience.
Naif Ahamed is a financial services professional with extensive expertise in relationship management and strategic leadership. His career includes impactful roles at reputed organisations such as BNP Paribas, HSBC, and ICICI Bank, where he consistently drove growth across diverse markets and built long-term value for customers and stakeholders. With proven excellence in scaling operations and fostering sustainable growth, he now serves as the Deputy CEO of LuLu Finserv, strengthening the company’s leadership bandwidth as it continues to expand its reach and service offerings
Pathrose P P is the Head -Credit and Risk at LuLu Finserv. A postgraduate in commerce along with CAIIBand NCFM certifications, Pathrose comes with over 44years of experience in various credit related areas of the Banking Sector. Prior to joining LuLu Financial Services, he was associated with ESAF Bank as Head –Credit, heading the Credit Department, which sanctions all loan proposals including Microfinance Loans, Retail Loans, Agricultural Loans, MSME & Corporate Loans. Prior to ESAF Bank, he was with Federal Bank holding several key positions. He also has served as a guest faculty in Federal Bank’s Training College teaching credit related topics. He was nominated for various outside programs conducted by reputed training institutes like Southern India Bankers Training College, Bangalore; National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), Pune; CAFRAL; and the Indian Institute of Management(IIM) Ahmedabad. With his industry knowledge and acumen, Pathrose has even formulated an array of key policy documents and credit rating frameworks during his earlier stints.
Ankit Sharma is a professional Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in finance, taxation, compliance, and strategic planning. His expertise covers financial reporting under Indian GAAP and IFRS, taxation, audits, treasury management, and risk mitigation. He has held leadership roles in organizations such as Manappuram Finance, Manappuram Insurance Brokers, and Loharuka Hotels & Resorts before joining the LuLu Financial Holdings. At LuLu Finserv, he serves as AVP Finance, leading financial operations, regulatory compliance, fund management, and strategic planning. His contributions have been key to strengthening fiscal discipline, enabling growth, and aligning financial strategies with business goals.
K. Ravindran is the Compliance Officer at LuLu Finserv. A postgraduate in science, he comes with 36+ years of experience, working in Reserve Bank of India, in the domains of regulation/supervision, forex and administration. He was associated with the inspection of major NBFCs headquartered in Kerala, besides looking after other regulatory compliance of such companies. Ravindran retired as Assistant General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram, Department of Non Banking Supervision.
